Question Can my phone get damages when i put some objects on it?

In rare cases my phone accidentally put some a grams of object over it such as pencil holder, small glass, etc....also i accidentally laid on my phone in the bed cuz commonly i didn't notice it. It will suffer damage? Also any recommendation on it?
