I moved some apps to my SD card and removed it for a minute now the phone is saying I need to format the card and not reading anything on the SD card. Bigger issue is now the apps that were on the SD card are gone Annnd the play store keeps giving me an error message when I try to download them again. Please help.

You may, and it's only a may, get a better result if you put the SdCard into a PC or laptop.

You'll need a carrier to make a Micro SdCard fit the slot which was made for full size cards.

Hey, I understand your problem.
i think you have removed your SD card without ejecting it and maybe your SD card gets corrupted.
For confirmation, connect your SD card with PC and check if your files are showing or not. if not? then your SD card is damaged and you have to reset it.
unfortunatley your data can not be saved.

Maybe the files got corrupted and you might need to format the SD card.

Never move your apps to External Storage .... it might get corrupted

Put it in a computer and check the SD card, try and copy any data off of it and format it, then put the data back

There are specialist recovery apps for this, however I would be very careful of doing anything further, with respect given the error you made a visit to the local computer repair shop may be your best option.
