My PC keep turning on and off after I start booting

Last time about 5:30 PM GMT 8+, I will turn on my pc for playing games quickly, but after a while, I shocked and the monitor appears to be empty and suddenly the cpu turned off after a about 10 seconds and a while i'm checking the wire but after about 10 seco ds again my cpu is turning on and again turning off after a seconds then turning on again it repeats about 5 times before completely successfully booted again. My PC is newly assenbled since last February only, not bought at store, only the parts as well the cpu case. Also is my PC is prone to malfunction quickly?? Just because it assebled only of my relatives that have knowledge in computing.

Btw sorry I don't have quite knowledge in computer. Also if the boot loops on start up happen again, I just call the guy that build my pc, btw he's close at me and proffesional for computer and he's my older sister boyfriend that have knowledge in computer. Just a question, how my copy of windows 10 is fake?
