    The CPUs are almost the exact same http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-4200U-vs-Intel-Core-i5-3317U and the graphics are a little better on the pavilion but the envy substitutes that with the SSD and the aluminium quality with beats audio
