    Tablet to TV connection via HDMI

    I have a Nvidia tegra note P1640 and a Sony KLV 22 P413D TV . Also bought a HDMi cable with a micro HDMI adapter for the tab. When I googled in forums I found that it's plug and play . I get no signal all the time . Is there anything I should do when connecting ?
