which of these will be a better choice ? DDR5 vs IPS Display delimma.

i need a laptop for doing some graphical works with Autodesk, Adobe, Solidworks etc and some video editing
i came across two models that meets my specification.

i already got windows 7 and ready to order a refurbished 4 GB from local vendor. My dilemma is about DDR5 vs IPS display. which one should i go for ? which one will be a good choice for my line of work

I'd go with the 960/TN (Lenovo). For personal, direct viewing the wider angles of the IPS are not needed, nor is the color for those programs, you be better served with better black levels and faster graphics.
