HP - AMD Laptop got A10 8700P & R7 360M 2GB DDR3 dedicated graphics
Asus - Intel Laptop got i7 4720 HQ & GTX 950M 2GB DDR3
both have 8GB of ram and win10 pre-loaded
need a laptop for designing works ( Autodesk, Adobe , Solidworks , Ansys etc & GTA is the only game i play - fan if a free roam 😀 )
i know that i7 is superior than AMD A10, what i need to know is "by how much" since Dx12 and Vulkan API is supposed to be some kind game changers in graphics field & Dx12 is out and Vulkan is about to be ( Win10 is pre loaded for both ) . AMD is cheaper and looks future proof, so if there is only a 30% performance gain, I'm taking the AMD laptop.
i would also like to know if TDP of AMD processor can be configured manually, i think HP set it at a 15W .
