I managed to do something: in MICROSOFT KEYBOARD LAYOUT CREATOR you can set that RIGHT ALT will be ALT+CTRL and then I can assign shortcuts to CTRL+ALT combination, instead of just ALT. So that kinda works for me!

I am using macros software and recorded phrases on PhraseExpress. I would like to assign key combinations specifically to RIGHT ALT (because I never use it). But I can't assign specifically to right alt, I can only assign to ALT in general. Any ideas? Thanks
