Open connections to REMOTE ADDRESS vcom.com

My Process Hacker shows some apps to a REMOTE ADDRESS vcom.com.

I couldn't find ANYTHING about this address, except some mentions of Fix-It-Utilities, a crappy tool that I recently uninstalled. The website itself doesn't seem to work.

Checked all that stuff, some minor were fixed, but nothing changed. I still see the vcom.com.

It was something in the hosts file.
