Hi guys, I bought Asus R558UQ last day (4GB DDR4 2133MHz) which supports upto 12GB RAM. I bought an HyperX 8GB DDR4 2133 SO-DIMM RAM to upgrade the RAM and put it in. But the laptop still shows it has 4GB RAM only. I updated the BIOS. Still it doesn't detect the 8GB stick. Please help.
