Disk Drives

I can't remove my optical disk drive from my Dell I14 5458-b40. I have removed the screw that keeps it in place but it simply wont go out. What should I do?

Hi, I have got a new laptop today (see model and spec below) and I am always seeing disk 100%. Althought it also drops to 20% and goes up to 100% again. I have disabled superfetch also. Asus TUF FX504GD 8th Gen Intel Core i5 (i5-8300H) Ram 8GB Ram Speed DDR4 Any sugesstions?

My 1tb dell external harddisk also the same problem, not show in my computer , in device manger - disk drives - dell portable scsi disk device showing I tried to update driver if show compatible hardware is disk drive only showing , if uncheck standard disk drive , compaq, mylex showing actually...

I have a ASUS gaming laptop with 1TB of memory that is divided into several disk drives. Until recently I've been able to access them but now they won't show up as valid places to save things at. Any help with getting them to show up/work again?

Everytime I mount an image via Daemon Tools (Pro 6), it creates a new virtual drive to mount it. I need to use 2 drives, and 2 only (IDE & other type) . Any way to fix it? . Thanks!

Hi, i tried to upgrade to win 7 64 bit from 7 in vaio vgn fz4000. Installation was successful but after booting for the first time, its showing the usual blue error screen and resarting..when i tried to reinstall win 7, its showing no hard disk drives detected to install windows..
