New Laptop Disk 100%

Hi,

I have got a new laptop today (see model and spec below) and I am always seeing disk 100%. Althought it also drops to 20% and goes up to 100% again. I have disabled superfetch also.

Asus TUF FX504GD
8th Gen Intel Core i5 (i5-8300H)
Ram 8GB
Ram Speed DDR4

Any sugesstions?

open task manager and resource manager, check what process is occupying hdd.

you just turned it on.

windows needs to start indexing, optimising, updating

your disk is going to be at 100% until it finishes the updates and optimisation.
