I have a Dell Optiplex Usff 9020 and a Zotac 650 1gb destroyer tsi with a power supply for the card and a beast egpu adapter. Its all plugged in but my PC isn't detecting the card please help. -Jamo p.s My graphics card fans are spinning.

I have a Dell AIO PC. It won't boot and does not display anything on internal (LCD inverter is missing) nor a external display (connected through VGA output). Does anyone know if this computer needs a LCD inverter to boot or if I can simulate a LCD inverter card somehow? Any other ideas?
