Can I replace i7 processor with Core Duo 2?

Hi guys , i have Dell Optiplex 720 with core duo 2 processor i want to replace with Dell Optiplex 7010 contains i7 processor , can i upgrade in?

that would be a big N.O those cpu's dont have the same socket for the cpu, sadly
