Recovery Disk

hi my asus x502c has been stuck in boot loop and wont get out of it. i've tried everything, from launch csm to reboot it, to pressing f12 etc etc. basically nothing works at all. do i need a recovery disk or something and if so what one.

My computer got a virus and it erased everything on my computer. Even my windows crashed and I don't know what to do anymore.
