1 2 3 4 7 8 9 p and backspace not working

i have tried using a external keyboard towards accessing the numbers/letters and it works but just does not work on my laptop keyboard. I am running windows 10 and i have to use num lock keys that nearly work. at some points the laptop decides to work and function properly. although its only the keys around the f1 f2 and so on.

Try this and see if it helps...

1. Uninstall the keyboard driver.
2. Reboot the computer (yes without reinstalling the driver).
3. When the computer fully reloads it should reinstall the driver on its own.
