100% Disk Usage at startup everytime..

When ever I start my laptop I have 100% disk usage and I tried everything I disabled a lot of services I did regidit and defrag settings and some others but it stills doing it and its mostly of system and that stuff that thing takes 5 mins or less and then it stays at low % anyone can help? (I dont have a bad laptop everyhting is at low % expect this one)

Have you tried checking for viruses, malware, adware, etc?

Yes many times I just reset my laptop now it has just a bit 80-90% usage for 30 sec at start I think now its ok

High usage when loading is one thing, it is while you are actively using it that ou nee dot watch.
