Solved! 1080p Video lagging while playing in youtube

When I am playing video with 1080p quality in youtube, its lagging. But when in low resolution like 480p it playing smoothly. Below is my system confiuguration.

Dell Inspiron 3000 serices.
Ram : 8 gb DD3.
Hard Disck : 240 GB SSD
OS : Windows 10.

sound like it is too weak to decode 1080p
