Here are the minimum system requirements for Google Chrome. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95411?hl=en

If you want a system that is decent enough for general use the minimum specifications that I would recommend are Pentium D or Athlon X2 CPU/3GB of RAM/Integrated graphics with 256MB of vRAM/ 250GB HDD/Windows XP.

You can get by with less but at least that kind of setup will give you a good experience. Anything less than a dual core CPU is SLOW. Really even a Pentium D is pretty slow but system responsiveness increases a lot with an extra core. And 3GB of RAM is about right for a 32 bit system. I say that 256MB of that RAM should be used as vRAM because right now I'm only browsing the web and I'm using a good 182MB of video memory out of my 1GB total. And obviously 250GB of HDD space is a good minimum because it can hold you OS and plenty of programs. And then Windows XP... I wouldn't recommend anything older than Windows XP because the older operating systems just don't get nearly as much support from developers and Microsoft.

that will cause problem.but a 32mb video memory is enough for a 720p screen and not a 1080p(note).you can run a browser with very low video memory,it won't be a problem unless u are watching 1080p/blu-ray vid's which requires a decent video memory..
