Question 13" AMPD LED TV-- POSSESSED????

Hi Everyone!
I use a 13" LED tv. that I've had since 2019 as a monitor for our home cctv. I'm using the two RCA jacks to get the picture and sound.
No problems until last week . The picture starts to shake and quiver, slowly gets darker and darker until its nothing but a black screen.
Soon afterwards it turns itself off and wont come back on until its been unpluged for about 15 minuets. Then the process starts over again.
Sometimes i can adjust the volume control and the picture will hold steady.... for a few minuets longer,then black screen -no power.
Is there anything i can do/adjust that will help or just buy a new TV?

Get a new one, a small basic use screen will cost almost nothing and to try to fix yours you will need to find replacement system and power boards. Even then they may not fix the issue.
