Solved! 15-16" 1080p Notebook

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a laptop that meets these specs:

-- Budget: $1000 – $1500
-- Size: 15-16"
-- Resolution: 1080p (Absolute must)
-- Good Linux support
-- Processor: Core i5
-- High quality keyboard, no flex
-- Country: USA
-- Battery: 3+ hours

Usage: Programming, moderate gaming, movies

Can you guys point me in the right direction for a laptop that meets these specs?

Edit: While of course it's not the most important feature to me, I wouldn't mind a laptop that also has some pleasing-to-look-at aesthetic design. That's not to say I'm looking for a Mac, but something with a little bit of class would be nice.

How is Sager in terms of build quality, and hardware support?

A solid keyboard is going to be important to me.

Well,the build quality may not be excellent(such as MBP's unibody design) but its not bad either.Anyway, Sager NP8690 is a good choice but the battery life is about 2hrs

Okay, so I'm really leaning towards either the Sager NP5135, or a Dell XPS 15. I just think the new Dell XPSs are such a step back in design. How does the Linux support generally compare between Sagers and Dell?

Not sure about Linux but I guess it works fine with either of them.
