16gb sandisk micro sdhcblank or unsupported file system

hi when i put my 16gb sandisk micro sdhc in my phone it says blank or unsupported filesystem.when i click it,it says formating but the same notification remains i connected it to my laptop using microsdhc adapter but the sd is not recognized however in disk managment i see it without a letter heres a link to the image https://ibb.co/iJfkeH

edit checked in disk manager still the same as before.
also easeUS is at 26% so lets see if it works

Only use 1 disk app at a time, if easeus is doing something wait for it to finish.

yeah i think its too late easeUs just said there are some error occured while writing partions chains on disk

edit: i tried just using easeus just wiped the partion but when i applied it reached 100% and then i got the same error

nothings working is there another option i can try , at this point im totally open to suggestions
nb: i havent been online for the past day coz my isp had some technical issue they were repairing.
