The FCC issued a progress report of WLNP on 5/13/2004

It says even Michael Powell, Chairman of the FCC moved his number (and
he did it in a CircuitCity), so we know he didn't move to Sprint,
possibly to Verizon, also possibly T-Mobile.

A possible winner in all this is T-Mobile which added almost three times
as many new customers in the first quarter as Sprint PCS did.
