2 outputs from 1 HD box

Hi,
I looking for parts to hook up my hd box to both a beamer and a television. The beamer does not support HDMI, the TV does.
The beamer uses either vga, composite video or s video.
In the previous setup I used a composite cable, so it would be nice to use that because the cables are still there.

The problem is that my new horizon box (digital HD receiver) only has one output, HDMI.

I think you are going to need an HDMI 1 to 2 distribution amp and an HDMI to composite video converter.
