2 W S X Keys are not working

The key 2 W S X to not function on the keyboard, periodically. If I am persistent they may or may not work for a second or two before they stop working again. I had this problem before, I took my laptop to HP in Manila and they basically reset my machine, formatted hard drives and reinstalled the OS. It worked fine, the problem had disappeared until I installed Chrome and logged into my Google account, immediately after which it re-appeared. This seems to be Malware that I simply cannot detect. It renders the Laptop almost impossible to work with…. Any Ideas how to get rid of it, Help please!

It's likely going to be either an issue with the keyboard (electronic or physical problem), or an issue the keyboard controller on the motherboard. It may be inconvenient, but the best way to test is to install a new keyboard and re-test all the keys.
