Techncally nothing really. The 201s were the ones sold by Starchoice.
They may have different firmware, but will work fine on an American
4DTV.

They are the same. The HDD 201 does not ship with the same cables as
a HDD 200, the mini-jack cable needed for a 905 is not included. Also
there is no warranty on the HDD 201 in the US.
