LOL, all those screenshots were in the gameinformer magazine coverstory for this month. I got my magazine about 2 weeks ago, so your a bit late. Those are the exact same screenshots lol. I loved the games and the books, i hope this game is just as good, and the new book.

Some of those arent even screenshots, 4 of those pictures are concept art. Gameinformer made a collage with 4 of those pictures to make the cover for the mag. The cover is wraparound and its awesome.

The pictures overall look well crafted. I must say that the character models look well sculpted but the hair sometimes looks........ a bit worse by comparison.

Some textures look a wee flat but for the 360 its brillant. I might go as far as to say this might give Crysis 2 a run for its money on the humble xbox.

I enjoyed the first 2. Part 2's survival mode co-op was loads of fun.

This is weird, the consoles can't do this res and it is anti aliased. :S

yeah just a shame the res (those images are 2500x1400) will Actually be 1280x720, and probably with no anti aliasing. presumably these shots are from a PC. but you know, just because uve already got it working on the PC, you still shouldn't spend the extra $10 to actually release it on PC, because SOME people might pirate it!!! ...

I love Gears of War. I'd buy it on the 360 to get it as soon as I can, and then I'd buy it again on the PC to play it looking the best it possibly can. Are you listening, Microsoft?

Sort out the way we view pictures toms the system is very easy. one click open in new tab full res picture. not this click same window still low res image then click again for full res picture. Then double back fot get to all the pics again. It is shocking!!!!!!!!!!

TOMS! seriously update your picture viewing , it takes wayyy too many steps to view the images. if i click on the small image, just have a popup with the full res image like most other website.

No, the game still looks awesome and the story is one of the best there is. Slightly dated graphics dont make the game any worse.

When are people gonna learn that graphics arent everything.

i just zoomed up on the first picture of the old lancers in a chain gun looking thing, looks awesome i just hope 2 things for this game, number 1 that they finish the storyline and actually explain whats going on there was to many holes and not enough story for the first 2 games. number 2 of course theres a beta to fix all the glitches straight out the gate so to speak.
