3 CHIP D-ILA TECHNOLOGY - WHAT IS THIS? i.e the JVC DLA-RS2U

A salesman told me that he can get me this:
http/www.complete-it.ca/projector/JVCDLA-RS2U.php + an 80 inch drop down screen and necessary cables for 5.6 grand.
First off, is this projector any good?

Secondly, what is the difference between DLP and 3 Chip D-ILA?

Thirdly, will the (seemingly) low 700 ansi lumens on this projector make it look bad?

Fourthly, how fast is its processing? I mean for watching hockey etc etc, can it keep up? Will it pixelate at all?

Fifthly, what's the difference between the JVC DLA-RS2U and the JVC DLA-RS1U?

Sixthly, is the deal the saleman said he could get for me a steal, or is he ripping me off?

AND lastly, please, (and thanks for all the advice), can I get any projector and/or deal with pic quality this good for LESS MONEY?

This is an excellent projector and the price is great. I just talked to someone in sales from complete-it.ca and they quoted $7300 for just the projector. I will call them back tomorrow to find out what's up on the price?
