Solved! 3 pins fans run at full speed all the time

Hi,i facing a problems that my laptop fans is running a full speed at the time.
i don't know how to set the fan to run at automatic speed.
It is a 3 pin fan, and my laptop model is MSI CX61 2PF.

Have you tested your laptop for temperature? If the thing is running hot, then that will make the fan run like that.
