3D issues LG 325w player

my 3d mode will not come on on a lg bd325 w blu ray player. It skips over when I try to get to the 3d in setting. It is ghost out it that makes sense. I have two players and that do the same thing. However, it does say the 3d in on, but will not play with my 3d projector.

Has the projector been set for 3D?
Is the disc 3D?
Does the projector come with the transmitter to control the glasses? Is it built in or an accessory that has to be connected?
