4GB RAM at 100% on new laptop?

I bought a new Dell Inspiron 15 laptop 5 days ago. I’ve done nothing but try to fix it since I bought it. I’ve followed over a dozen self-help guides online and even had Dell tech support remote connect to try. My computer skills are above average but I don’t know how to fix this and the specs don’t allow for more than 4gb of RAM.

Sounds like you need to return it and get a laptop that has the ability to upgrade the ram if needed.
