4k HDMI Switch

Hello,

I'm about to purchase a new 4k TV and I would like to buy a 4k HDMI Switch box to plug all my HDMI cable into.

I would like the Switch Box to be as future proof as possible. I understand that a box that is HDCP 2.2 compatible might be a good investment. Would this be accurate?

You would need HDCP 2.2 to play any 4k content so that can be important.
HDMI 2.1 is forthcoming. The standard hasn't been set yet so no compatible gear exists yet so you won't be able to future proof for long.
