4K video editing in Premiere - Faulty RAM or not enough RAM?

I've been pulling my hair out of my head the past few days trying to get Adobe premiere to run smoothly on my new build:

AMD 2700x
ASUS Prime X470-Pro motherboard
1x GSKILL 16GB 3200 Model F4-3200C14D-16GTZRX
EVGA GTX 1060 6gb SC
EVGA 650W GQ

Previously I would have random reboots with my PC and random BSOD that often had stop code: Memory_management. I did a clean reinstall of Windows 10 and everything worked great for two weeks. Now it crashes a lot while in Premiere and footage doesnt playback half the time, constantly freezing up. I'm editing a 4k video sequence and I do have a lot of footage imported.

I did memory diagnostic scan and it found nothing wrong with the RAM kit. I also used a memory dump analyziation and it noted: memory_corruption, which freaked me out a bit. Do I just not have enough RAM or is something else at fault?

Thanks for taking the time to help out!

16 gb should be minimum for 4k editing, 32 is strongly recommended.
For you issue, run full loop at memtest86.com for several hours, I do believe the memory is breaking down.

Doing so right now. What exactly should I look for once the test is complete?
