4ohm subs on 8ohm amp

Yes im running five 4ohm subs on a 8ohm amp...do I run all five in sequence?

If you run all five in series you will end up with 20 ohms which will reduce the power of the amp to about 1/3 of the 8 ohm rating. Check with the amp manufacturer to find out the lowest safe impedance it will run and go from there. Remember that in parallel the impedance is halved, in series it is doubled.
