After doing a bit of research, I went ahead to buy myself an RCA to 3.5mm adapter for my speakers. Connected my 2 RCA to 3.5mm on the back of my PC.

I connected my FL and FR to LINE OUT.
My CEN and SW to C/SUB.
And my SL and SR to REAR.

With this built in amplifier in my subwoofer, I have set my speakers to AUX for Auxiliary and have it set it a 5.1 channel system on my speakers. Still would not play anything. No sound except for when my RCA is plugged into my L and R only for some reason and when testing it only rings left and right while every speakers is dead silent.

try setting the auna to DVD instead of AUX
Haha dude! Just before you replied to me this morning. I was on reddit last night discussing the same thing in /r/audio and I was thinking what if I switched from AUX to DVD and then you made this suggestion. Did the quick Realtek 5.1 tests. Boom it works! I feel so stupid now for not knowing the other audio option.
