Lighting can have a major effect. I replaced my 5K daylight bulbs with himalian salt bulbs so that in each room I have one5K bulb and one salt bulb. At night I only use the salt bulbs and I have found that doing so I’m falling asleep about an hour earlier than I was when I was using the brighter lights at night. I’m also waking up an hour earlier but that’s fine with me as it gives me more time to meditate before I start my day.
