Solved! 55 samsung led horizontal line

Hello all. Recently got a horizontal line that stays on my tv no matter what...all different colors does not flicker. Any idea where I should start? I'm an electrician but haven't dealt much with tv circuit boards

Eventually T-CON board, connections between panel and T-CON or the panel itself is faulty
