I need to install server program and client program in one laptop.
I need to move out with laptop.
I found two laptop ASUS GL502 and ASUS GL553 series.
its spec is 6700HQ, 1070, 32G ram, 2.3kg vs 7700hq, 1050ti, 32g ram, 2.5kg
price are same. which one is best choice? or can you recommend other laptop?
I need i7 6700hq or 7700hq, above 24 or 32G ram, external GPU, lower weight is best.
My budget is under 2000$

For what you are using it for, you don't need a gaming video card, so the best CPU, most RAM and fastest hard drive is what you want. If you are looking at the two models you listed, the one with the 1050 Ti card is just fine.

The one with the 1070 imo.The 7700hq is just a little better than the 6700hq,a difference not noticeable even at heavy cpu tasks in contrary of the gpu side,where gtx 1070 is about 3x times the power of a gtx 1050.

GTX 1070 for sure,for gaming the most important part is the GPU.
