8 GB ram laptop in Stuttgart

Hi,
I'm in Stuttgart for couple of weeks. Is it a good place to buy cheap laptops or would Frankfurt be better.
I'm looking for 8 GB ram with i3 or i5 processor. Any idea what the approx price would be for a cheap no frills laptop.
