I'm stuck btw 2 laptops. Both of them are HP laptops powered by intel core i5 5200u 5th gen.
The only difference is one has 830m with 1366x768 res while the other has 940m 1920x1080 res.
My budget is around Rs 50K and would like to game titles like Gta 5 n far cry 4. I Don't expect to game at ultra high settings.
Also It would be nice to hav some other suggestions if available. ^_^

Definitely get the 940m at 1920x1080. Games will perform and look better. If they do not perform better, then turn down the resolution to 768p like on the other laptop and it should outperform it.

The 940m is the better GPU, but it is not really capable of playing many games at 1080p resolution so you will need to lower the resolution to 1600x900 or 1366x768 to be able to get good performance. But that depends on the specific game. It will definitely be able to handle Minecraft with max graphics at 1080p, but don't expect the Witcher 3 or GTA 5 to well at 1080p.
