Best Budget laptop under $650?

Hello, I am from India and I would appreciate Tom's community's help.

1. What is your budget?
Would prefer under Rs45000 (roughly $650). Lesser the better.

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
Between 14 & 15.6 inch screen.

3. What screen resolution do you want?
Preferably FHD; 1366x768 (last preference)

4. How much battery life do you need?
I'm usually near an outlet so a huge battery isn't a priority but wouldn't go against it

6. What do you want to do with your laptop?Please list the games/ softwares that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
-Casual gaming like Dota2, Far Cry series, BF1, Doom, Witcher 3, GTA V etc

Would be fine with low-med settings (playable 40-60 fps).

- Modelling, Design, Simulation softwares: Altair Hypermesh, Ansys, CATIA, Fusion 360, Matlab etc with moderate- optimal performance

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop?
School programs like MS Office.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
Anything more than 720GB is peace. SSD can be a bonus.

9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?
My current one still running, with basic operations for 4 years. So 3-4 years would be nice.

11. OS preference: DOS; WIn 10 (if getting in cheap laptop, then bonus)

Q1. Should I consider Lenovo Ryzen Model and compromise display resolution? Or should I go for Dell Ryzen Model, with FHD Display?

Q2. Should I choose Lenovo i5, MX150 model, and compromise display for a better hardware? Or should I go for Asus i5,MX130, FHD display?

Q3. If Dell(AMD Ryzen, Vega 8) or Asus(i5- 8tg Gen, MX130),both FHD, which should I choose?

Please feel free to give suggestions or any other model consideration as I am a noob.

I'd seriously ask you to look at laptops that are equipped with an MX150 at the least and the ram can be upgraded with a kit later down the road so 8GB is more than fine. You should also look at models with an SSD as the primary(boot) drive. In this day and age, it'd be considered daylight robbery if you bought a laptop without an SSD. HDD will take care of storing and backing up all user content/data.

You've also mislead, you're saying Best Buy in the thread title but you've listed Flipkart and Amazon as your preferred site of purchase...?

What about a Acer Nitro 5? Maxes out your budget, but delivers high specs, especially in the gaming department.
