870M vs 965M

Hi guys,

I am planning to buy a lightweight laptop for medium gaming use and school work and have narrowed the list down to 2 laptops:

Now the only difference I can see between the 2 is the GPU (870m vs 965m). Is the 965m really worth the extra $125? How would the battery performance differ between them?
