8Gb with AMD a8 or 4gb with intel i3 6th gen?

What would be the best choice among 8 Gb RAM with AMD processor or 4 Gb RAM with Intel i3 6th gen.... I wanna buy a laptop for official us, so... In other words, Lenovo 110 or Lenovo 310E?

As it's a laptop, go with your preferred CPU, RAM can always be upgraded later, and often more easily than upgrading the CPU (on many laptops CPU upgrade is not even possible, whereas upgrading RAM is certainly possible & straightforward).

The A8 APU is likely the A8-7410. Generally speaking, it is a little less powerful than a 4th generation Core i3 CPU like the i3-4005u. The Radeon R5 (Beema) graphics core is less powerful than the Intel HD 4000 graphics core found in 3rd generation core i3/i5/i7 CPUs.

I am guessing the Core i3 in the laptop you are looking at is either a 6th gen i3-6100u with the Intel H 520 graphics core, or a 7th gen i3-7100u with the Intel HD 620. Those CPUs are definitely more powerful than the A8-7410 APU and if you want to play games, then you will definitely get much better performance with the Intel HD 520 or the Intel HD 620. The Intel HD 620 is pretty close to the performance of the nVidia 920m.
