A cheap laptop that is good for me?

My requirements are:
1. Price range= $500
2. Can play the Sims 3 well
3. Can watch videos on Youtube
4. Windows 7
5. Cannot shut down because of heat issues
6. Big arrow keys
7. Easy to use touch pad w/ 2 clickers and smooth

This should handle Sims 3. The details might not be able to get to full, but you would need to spend a bit more for better graphics processing.
