The August 1-7 Onsat states that A&E should be available on GB (Galaxy
7) at any time. I wonder if two channels will be operating at the same
time. One being analog and the other being digicipher?
Any one with information about the change?

GB=G11(old G7): A&E is leaving analog C band and will available on GB in
4dtv format.

Since, NPS is re-uplinking the A&E Power VU signal on Galaxy 11, this
channel will only be available to NPS subscribers.
