A headset for around £70

I've looked at so far:

Logitech G430
Steelseries Siberia V2
Razer Kraken Pro
Plantronics GameCom 788

Any advice on which of these it would be best to purchase and Why?

Or any headset in this price cap which would be best? It would most be used for gaming.

Well seeing your in that price range i would add the Corsair H2100 or 2100, and i would get rid of the Logitech G430 and Razer Kraken Pro. Why? ive had experience with both headsets, Logitechs sound decent but the build quality is horrible, even a couple of drops could do some damage. I would get rid of the Razer because - its pretty much the opposite of the Logitechs, the build quality feels great but the sound is horrible, there is always a static white noise in the background, and when switching programs - it takes a while to sync.

Overall id choose from the Corsair Vengeance H2100 or 2100, Steelseries Siberia V2 and dont forget the V3!, and finally the Plantronics Gamecom 788.

The V3 does not exist yet in the UK sadly. I will have a look at the Corsair ones you mentioned thanks.
