Question A laptop will connect to the network but not the internet, other laptops are working fine.

I have a laptop and it will connect to the internet in most of the building but it wont connect in one room (Even when it is right beneath the access point) It will connect to our internal network but not the internet. All the other laptops we have tried connect to the network and internet without any issues.

I have tried Forgetting the network and re-adding it when stood next to the access point and also tried updating the driver but am still having issues.

yes the network is at work.

If I run a the trouble-shooter when connected to the Access point that I am having issues with it says the "WIFI Doesn't have a valid IP Configuration".

how it is suppose to get an IP?
dhcp? static?

Have tried both but the same issue occurs

and you reboot to make sure it refresh? or did the ipconfig released/renew ?

I have tried Rebooting and Ipconfig.
It wont get an IPv4 address when connecting to that access point

where the ip coming from? sound like that need to be look at

Someone may have blocked you from the router or you can restart your computer it may solve IP conflict issue or reset the router.
