Solved! a window named "explorer.exe" is appearing

I was using Microsoft Edge (the new version) today and from there tried to open Roblox so I could join my friends. A window titled explorer.exe popped up and said "class not registered" with my only options to deal with it being click "ok" or close it. I noticed it did this for the Microsoft Store as well as Groove Music. Why is is doing this? I am very worried that I have a virus on my computer.

Run all the nasty stuff removers and restart the machine after each run. Your Registry may have a problem which is causing confusion.

When you restart after the last run, try to connect to Roblox using a different browser.

Actually a friend of mine found this thread, told me to try updating windows. everything is working fine now, thank you.
