Cmd pops up after deleting a virus

My computer got virus from something i downloaded, it installed some extentions to Chrome named Mail.ru and a few more. I deleted them with AVG antivirus and uninstalled them from control panel. After restarting my pc,a command prompt window popped up looking like this. Is this something the antivirus doing or is it the virus? The word "transferring" made me really stressed. I'm scared to use the internet now thinking someone will get my passwords and stuff.

I've run Rkill , Malwarebytes and AVG, found bunch of Mail.ru stuff and deleted all. After restarting my pc another cmd popped up. Have any idea what this might be? It says something about a zip file i'm very concerned

disconnect from the internet.
backup your files. reinstall the os

I will format the pc of course, but for now i have a deadline for a project which i have to send with an e-mail. I already disconnected but i have to connect again. What else can i do ? I don't want to use a USB because it will spread the virus. Thank you

Don't factory reset Windows, boot Windows of a SD or external HDD and completely reinstall Windows.
