A Windows 8.1 system repair disk not a USB memory stick

The recover feature creates a recovery drive with a USB memory stick, but I need to have a system repair CD. All I can do is copy the content of the restore drive to the USB stick. I really want a copy of my Windows 8.1.

depends on the size of the usb drive i would think
but i think you really need the system repair disc cause i think it puts extra tools on the usb backup copy.
i know theres migration software out there after u get a nice clean install..so u can boot from anything for that specific machine
